2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat New Vehicle Prep. Full decontamination car wash, paint correction, engine bay detailing, carnauba wax application, wheel off detail paint protection film application. The exterior underwent a full decontamination car wash, engine bay detailing, exhaust tip detailing, wheel off detailing, and finally wax application using Swissvax OBSSSSD Carnauba Wax. Spot polishing was done to remove factory defects before applying paint protection film.

We made this Go Mango Orange paint even wilder after a full New Vehicle Prep with a minor Paint Correction to ensure that is vehicle looks as good as it was intended before applying the paint protection film and finishing it off with Swissvax OBSSSSD Carnauba Wax.

What was done

Decontamination Car Wash

Iron particles (causes small rust spots), tar, tree sap, water spots, and paint overspray are some of the many things that can be stuck to the outside of your vehicle. A standard wash will not remove these bonded contaminants. A combination of chemicals and or natural/synthetic clays are used to safely remove these impurities. After this, the paint is ready to be corrected or protected with film, ceramic coating, wax, sealant etc.

Paint Correction

Paint Correction, sometimes known as “polishing” is the one detailing process that produces the most dramatic transformation to your paint. The skilled art of polishing removes blemishes such as swirls, scratches, water spots, etchings, fading, and oxidation from your vehicles paintwork. Think of it like sanding a scratch off a coffee table - you physically remove the layers of wood down to the scratch so it won’t resurface.

Wheel Off Cleaning and Protection

We remove the wheels to properly clean and decontaminate them. All surfaces of the rim, and even the lug nut holes are either waxed or ceramic coated to ensure ease of maintenance. Since the wheels are already off the car, the wheel wells, brake calipers, and suspension components are also detailed. The brake calipers are coated before the wheels are refitted.

Carnauba Wax

There is nothing like the warm glow, gloss, and deep color of a boutique quality carnauba wax. We use nothing but the best waxes.

Paint Protection Film

Paint protection film also known as 3M film, is key in keeping your vehicles paint protected from rock chips, sand abrasion, and the elements of everyday driving. We use premium paint protection films that give you exceptional gloss, self-healing properties, non-yellowing, life-long protection.
